Full Itinerary
Day 1:Luang Prabang Arrival
Upon arrival in Luang Prabang, our tour guide will warmly welcome you at the airport and then transfer to your hotel for check-in. Afterward, the rest of the day is free at your leisure. Today, meals on your own. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 2:Luang Prabang City Tour – Kuang Si Water Fall (B)
After having delicious breakfast, our driver and tour guide will pick up at your hotel to get ready for the amazing city tour today include the most highlights as below:
• Phosi Market – the popular and biggest market in Luang Prabang.
• Kuang Si waterfall – a breathtaking waterfall for a fresh swim. On the way, you will have ample opportunity to enjoy beautiful rice fields and tranquil small villages dotted along the country road.
• Vat Xieng Thong Wat Sene – one of the most ancient and marvelous temples in Luang Prabang.
• Phousi Mountain –an ideal destination to enjoy the panoramic view of the city
• H’mong Night Market – a stop you should not miss to admire a wide range of Lao-style souvenirs displayed on stalls.
When the sun begins to set, transfer back to your hotel for dinner and relaxation. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Half Day To Pak Ou Caves – Hanoi (B, L)
Enjoy breakfast, then, our driver will pick you up at your hotel to have a short departure to the boat jetty.
You will embark on a shared boat about 2 – hour cruise upstream to the Pak Ou Caves. On the way, we stop at the beautiful village of Ban Xang Hai. Inside Pak Ou Caves, admire various ancient Buddha images dating back from many centuries.
In lunchtime as well as on the way back downstream, you have ample choices to enjoy lunch with a selection of typical and authentic Lao dishes onboard.
In the afternoon, we will take a cruise about 1.5 hours to move to Luang Prabang. Afterward, our driver will pick you up at the boat jetty and transfer you back to the airport for a regional flight to Hanoi.
Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in and relaxation. Dinner on your own. Stay overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.
Day 4: Hanoi City Tour (B, L)
You will be served breakfast and then meet our tour guide at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. These are highlight destinations’ today:
• Tran Quoc pagoda, which is located in the West Lake with a Buddhist relic and national heritage.
• Ho Chi Minh complex, One pillar pagoda, and Temple of Literature are the reputable destination for you in Hanoi for the morning trip.
At lunchtime, enjoy a delicious meal and relax in the hotel. After that, spend the time to continue the city tour:
• Bat Trang – discover the daily life of traditional ceramics village
• Ngoc Son Temple dedicated to General Commander – Tran Hung Dao for his struggle against Mongolians.
Interestingly, you can get a cyclo ride around the ancient street to witness the beauty of the city and get a closer insight into the daily life of Hanoian.
In the late afternoon, we transfer you back to your hotel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When paying a visit mausoleum, all visitors’ shoulder must be covered with clothes because those wearing shorts/miniskirts are not allowed
Day 5: Day Trip To Hoa Lu – Tam Coc (B, L)
Start a new day with a delicious breakfast, then our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and departs for beautiful Ninh Binh in nearly 300 km toward the South.
Upon arrival at Hoa Lu, which depicted the ancient capital of Vietnam. This is a great chance for you to get a deeper understanding of the ancient and rich history of two Dynasties of Dinh – Le as well as the vestiges of Royal Places dated the 10th century.
At lunchtime, you will be served an authentic meal of Vietnam in the local restaurant. After that, you will be marvel at stunning sceneries of lust paddy field along the river among beautiful villages, mountains when exploring Tam Coc passing through 3 caves by sampan boats (2 pax sharing in one boat)
When the sun begins to set, transfer back to Hanoi for your dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Hanoi – Halong Bay By Shuttle Bus (B, L, D)
After having breakfast, you will be picked up by cruise shuttle bus to Halong Bay -the hidden gem in the north of Vietnam. You can take a tender to the main cruise and then have a delicious lunch. Discovering Halong Bay, you have ample chances to see a grotto of spectacular stalactites and stalagmites. Moreover, relaxing swim in beautiful hidden caves is also an interesting activity you should not miss.
Dinner today is so special because you can enjoy the cooking class on the cruise. Overnight on the cruise.
Day 7: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh (B, L, D)
Join in the Tai Chi exercise and enjoy breakfast at Halong Bay. Then, you can a chance to enjoy a swim, sunbathe and relax in the fascinating background of the stunning Bay.
Afterward, check out the hotel & have lunch on board. After a short break, we will transfer you back to Hanoi to take a domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh.
Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh, you will be met and warmly welcomed by our drivers and tour guide to transfer to the hotel to check-in and dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City Tour – Cu Chi Tunnels (B, L)
Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City. After breakfast, our drivers will pick up at your hotel and start the amazing city tour today included:
• Independence Palace (the Reunification Palace) was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace.
• War Remnants Museum has a vast display of both the Indochina wars.
• Notre Dame Cathedral & central Post Office the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times
• Jade Emperor Pagoda with the peaceful atmosphere &o many stories behind each detail of the pagoda.
At lunchtime, you will be served a famous Phở, which is a must-try dish when you coming to Vietnam.
After that, depart around 1,5 hours through the peaceful countryside before arriving at Cu Chi Tunnels – the majestic network stretches over 250 km and the historic site where Vietnamese soldiers used as a shelter during wartime.
Then, we transfer you back to your hotel for dinner and relaxation. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 9: Mekong Delta Full Day Exploration (B, L)
After having breakfast, we depart from Ho Chi Minh and head straight to Ben Tre, crossing the Rach Mieu Cable-stayed Bridge. Board a small boat to visit typical workplaces including small brick factories, a coconut processing workshop and a local mat-weaving house. Stop at a tranquil village, you can stroll around the village to experience local life and hop on xe-lôi (a kind of motorized rickshaw). At lunchtime, enjoy lunch at a nice local riverside restaurant.
Then, take a short cycling tour to discover the surrounding large fields before boarding a sampan for an amazing trip along the picturesque canals. Then we come back to the port and transfer to Saigon.
Be dropped at your hotel for your dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 10: Ho Chi Minh – Siem Reap (B)
Today, you will free on your own until we transfer you to the airport to take your regional flight to Siem Reap.
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day will be free at your leisure and dishes on your own.
Stay overnight at Siem Reap.
Day 11: Angkor Sightseeings (B, L)
After breakfast, our tour will guide will pick you up from the hotel and start the journey today to Angkor sites included:
• Angkor Thom which is no doubt the expression of the highest genius.
• Bayon Temple with many other relics which offers a great chance to observe ancient sculptures.
• Terrace of the Leper King before going along the Terrace of Elephants – originally used as a viewing gallery for the king to preside over parades, performances and traditional sports and more highlighted sites such as Baphuon Temple, Ta Prohm “Tomb Raider” fame.
• Angkor Wat – the Mother of all temples which believed to be the world’s largest religious building.
When the sun begins to set, we transfer back to the hotel for dinner and relaxation. Stay overnight at Siem Reap.
Day 12: Siem Reap Departure (B)
On the last day of this tour, you are free at your leisure until our drivers pick you up and transfer to the airport for the departure flight. Your room in the hotel is at your disposal until noon. Meals on your own. Tour ends.
